A website for users to spot targets.
For example if you have a target (person in this case): Stephano then you have to take a picture of him when you spot him randomly or "stalk" him. Then you upload the image, location and the info about him to the site.

This is to be like a community where users come up with fun targets for everyone to spot. The user who spot the target first wins and get more points or prizes.

I made some design pitches on my freetime of how the website would look like and display some functionality.
