This project is for my friend Olov who is doing house/techno/electronic mixes on his freetime I really enjoy his mixes especially when I work so I enjoyed this project.

I started out with doing the logo, the two "o"s could be two discs which represents what he's doing. I choose not to have a complicated and illustrated logo because this minimal style let's me play with artworks and backgrounds where the logo will be used.



I made two artworks for two mixes with the same name, I used vivid colors to show the fun in the music and the round shapes to slightly recall the discs and the two mixer table discs which you spin.



The web site has a very simple industrial style, I choose not to smooth the texts because this pixel style helps to produce a computer/digital feel. The site is still a concept with some interesting functionality such as a blog, the use of live twitter feeds, a custom integrated soundcloud player on the top left corner, a calendar for the upcoming gigs, contact information and a about me section.
